The Opportunity
ParTee Time is looking for a high-energy AGM to lead our start up. For the right candidate, this role is designed to evolve into the General Manager position within 24 months (or sooner) based on performance, accompanied by a salary increase and a performance-based bonus structure.
The Assistant General Manager is the operational heartbeat of ParTee Time Golf Lounge and Oak & Iron. This is a high-visibility, "player-coach" leadership role requiring a seamless blend of hospitality excellence, technical aptitude, and sales grit. In our current growth phase, the AGM is expected to be a hands-on leader, spending approximately 70% of their time on the floor (directly assisting in service and operations) and 30% on administrative and business development duties. You aren’t just managing a team; you are building a culture.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Tech Oversight
Floor Management: Maintain an "Upscale Country Club" atmosphere during peak hours, ensuring high-end guest experiences in both the lounge and the private rooms.
Tactical Flexibility: Act as the ultimate "utility player," stepping into Bartender/Server or Caddie (Room Flip/Support) roles as volume dictates.
Systems Integrity: Under the direction of the CTO, perform daily audits of golf simulators, multi-sport sensors, and karaoke hardware to ensure 100% technical uptime.
Sales, Contracts & Business Development
Lead Generation: Proactively scout and secure partnerships with local businesses, (law firms, dealerships, and realtors) for corporate retreats and "Meeting & Play" events.
Contract Management: Draft and execute service agreements for private buyouts and recurring professional memberships using company-approved templates.
Financial Security: Manage deposit collections and ensure all contract terms (F&B minimums, room durations) are strictly enforced and accurately billed.
Financial & Administrative Management (Support-Driven)
Collaborative Budgeting: Work directly with the CFO to review monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, helping to identify opportunities to increase revenue and decrease unnecessary costs.

Operational Strategy: Participate in weekly leadership meetings with the COO and CFO to align daily floor operations with the company's long-term financial goals.
Inventory & Shrinkage: Oversee all liquor, beer, and wine procurement for Oak & Iron. Utilize CFO-provided tracking tools to audit "waste" logs and prevent shrinkage.
Reporting: Submit daily "End of Shift" reports to the Executive Team
Hospitality & Event Execution
Vibe Management: Act as the primary host for VIPs and corporate clients, resolving any conflicts regarding tech, timing, or service with poise.
Event Synergy: Coordinate with the Chef and the Head of Marketing to ensure that every contracted event is briefed correctly and executed flawlessly.
Compliance: Maintain a pristine facility, ensuring both corporations meet all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
