The Opportunity
The Caddies are the engine of the facility, ensuring that the "ParTee Time" experience remains seamless, sanitized, and high-speed. This is a high-energy, physical role that bridges the gap between the kitchen, the bar, and the private bays. You are responsible for the "Room Flip", transitioning a bay from a golf course to a karaoke suite in minutes, while simultaneously supporting the Chef and Servers.

This is a high-energy, physical role that bridges the gap between the kitchen, the bar, and the private bays. You are responsible for the "Room Flip", transitioning a bay from a golf course to a karaoke suite in minutes, while simultaneously supporting the Chef and Servers.
Key Responsibilities
The "Room Flip" (Efficiency Focus)
Rapid Transition: Sanitize all equipment (controllers, mics) and reset the furniture between guest bookings. Swap out guest and member club bags if applicable.
Tech Readiness: Ensure the room is physically prepped for the specific booking type (setting up golf bags for players or ensuring karaoke mics are charged and ready).
Detail Orientation: Clearing all glassware, plates, and debris so the next guest enters a room that looks brand new.
Bar & Kitchen Support (The "Back-bone")
Dish Management: Maintain the dish station for both the Chef (Kitchen) and the Servers (Bar), ensuring a constant supply of clean, polished glassware and plates.
Bar-Backing: Restock ice, change kegs, and replenish garnishes/napkins for the Caddies during peak hours.
Kitchen Assistance: Assist the Chef with basic prep work or trash removal during high-volume periods to keep the kitchen line moving.
Facility Maintenance
Spot Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness of the main lounge, restrooms, and entryways throughout the shift.
Asset Care: Assist the CTO and AGM by reporting any wear and tear on hitting mats, simulator screens, or karaoke equipment discovered during the flip.
Qualifications
Golf knowledge is not required; however, it is considered a strong asset
