The Opportunity
The Lead Server/Bartender is the face of the ParTee Time and Oak & Iron guest experience. They are responsible for delivering an exceptional, elevated guest experience in the lounge and within the rooms. This role combines hands-on service with team leadership, ensuring seamless operations, impeccable service standards, and a refined atmosphere that aligns with the brand’s luxury positioning. The Lead Server/Bartender acts as a role model on the floor, guiding staff, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

The Lead Server/Bartender acts as a role model on the floor, guiding staff, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Premium Service:
Provide personalized, attentive, and discreet service to guests, ensuring a premium experience at all times
Lead by example in service execution, appearance, and guest interaction
Supervise and support all servers/bartenders and caddies during shifts
Coordinate table service, reservations, and floor flow to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction
Train, mentor, and coach team members on service standards, food and drink menu knowledge, and upselling techniques
Handle VIP guests, special requests, and service recovery with professionalism and urgency
Collaborate with management and kitchen/bar teams to ensure smooth communication and execution
Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance of the lounge and rooms at all times
Assist in opening and/or closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor service regulations
Tech Demo: Act as the expert on the Simulator, Multi-sport and Karaoke tech, showing guests how to use the equipment as needed.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in upscale or fine dining service
Proven leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality
Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and cocktail service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Golf knowledge is not required; however, it is considered a strong asset
Preferred Skills:
Formal hospitality or service training
Wine certification (e.g., WSET) or advanced beverage knowledge
Experience working with VIP clientele
