The Opportunity
The Server is the face of the ParTee Time and Oak & Iron guest experience. They manage the "Front of House" service for our private simulator bays and act as the "Master of the Rail" behind the Oak & Iron bar. You are responsible for guiding guests through our technology, crafting premium beverages, and driving sales through expert menu knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
Integrated Hospitality (The "Hybrid" Role)
The Switch: Seamlessly transition between mixing drinks behind the bar and providing high-touch table service in the private rooms.
Guest Onboarding: Introduce guests to the simulator technology (Golf, Multi-sport, or Karaoke). Ensure they are comfortable with the hardware and software before their session begins.
Upselling: Use expert knowledge of our premium spirit list and Chef’s menu to increase the "Check Average" per bay.
Beverage Excellence (Oak & Iron at PTT)
Craft Mixology: Prepare high-end cocktails, pour draught beer, and serve wine to the brand standard.
Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar environment. Ensure glassware is polished and garnishes are fresh.
Responsible Service: Strictly adhere to all liquor laws and "Smart Serve" protocols to ensure guest safety.
Technical & Facility Support
First Line of Tech Support: Handle basic troubleshooting for the simulators or karaoke systems (with guidance from the CTO and AGM).
Communication: Work in tandem with the Caddies to ensure rooms are cleared of glassware and ready for the next "flip" immediately after a session ends.
Sales Entry: Accuracy in using the POS (Point of Sale) system to ensure every drink, hour of play, and food item is billed correctly.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in upscale or fine dining service
Proven experience in hospitality
Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and cocktail service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Golf knowledge is not required; however, it is considered a strong asset
Preferred Skills:
Formal hospitality or service training
Wine certification (e.g., WSET) or advanced beverage knowledge
Experience working with VIP clientele
